Oral Presentation Guidelines
Length of Presentations: Each session presentation will be 15 minutes in length including time for questions. Session convenors may opt for a 15 minute or 30 minute presentation including question time; please consult the daily schedule for more information. Keynote speakers can give a 30 minute presentation, including time for questions.
Session Chairpersons: Please refer to the Program Book you will receive at the conference for name of your session's Chairperson. Please meet your Chairperson in your session room 10 minutes before the start of your session.
Presentation Upload: Your presentation must be uploaded onto the conference computers preferable the day before your presentation or at least 2 hours prior. Speaker ready staff will be available in the speaker preparation room*;

You are discouraged from using your own laptop. If you have a Mac Computer, please go to speaker preparation room well in advance of your session.
Audio Visual Information: The use of PowerPoint presentations is strongly encouraged and the following equipment will be provided in all meeting rooms:
* Data Video Projector
* A computer, with Microsoft Office, to which your presentation will be uploaded.
* Lectern and Microphone
* Laser Pointer
No other equipment will be provided unless agreed to by the Organizing Committee. Please send a request immediately if there is something you require.
Poster Pitch Guidelines
The above is also applicable for poster pitch presenters. Your 2(!) slides need to be uploaded one day before your pitch.
You have 2 minutes to present your 2 slides, thereby promoting your poster. You need to report to the Session Chair, Wim van der Putten, before the start of the morning keynote, i.e. before 8.30am.
