Awards & Grants
The conference offered awards and grants to support participation by early-career researchers and students. These included travel grants and recognition for outstanding oral and poster presentations. Details on eligibility and application procedures were provided to registered attendees.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Presenters were asked to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth program:
- Talks were allocated a fixed time slot, typically 15 minutes including Q&A.
- Slides were to be submitted in advance at the speaker-ready room.
- Standard 16:9 format was recommended for all presentation files.
- Presenters were encouraged to arrive at their session room at least 10 minutes before the session began.
Poster Printing Guidelines
Poster presenters could use on-site printing services arranged by the conference. Recommended poster dimensions and file preparation instructions were circulated to accepted authors ahead of the event.
